{"id":3316,"date":"2025-02-10T11:49:23","date_gmt":"2025-02-10T10:49:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/?post_type=product&#038;p=3316"},"modified":"2026-03-25T12:31:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T11:31:07","slug":"tortilla-tekercsek","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/termek\/tortilla-tekercsek\/","title":{"rendered":"Tortilla wraps"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Ingredients (for 2 servings):<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/smoked-chickpea-salami\/\">Smoked Chickpea Salami<\/a><\/li>\n<li>(mild, spicy, or garlic-flavored)<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp. vegan sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. garlic granules<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. mustard<\/li>\n<li>50 g vegan feta cheese (crumbled)<\/li>\n<li>A handful of baby spinach<\/li>\n<li>6\u20137 sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1 small red onion (finely chopped)<\/li>\n<li>2 tortillas<\/li>\n<li>Aluminium foil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Making the spreads:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a small bowl, mix the vegan sour cream with the garlic granules.<br \/>\nIn another bowl, mix the <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/smoked-chickpea-salami\/\">Smoked Chickpea Salami<\/a> with the mustard until creamy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparing the tortillas:<\/strong><br \/>\nPlace the tortillas on a clean surface and spread the garlic vegan spread on both sides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laying out the layers:<\/strong><br \/>\nStarting two fingers\u2019 width from one edge of the tortilla, spread half of the mustard-flavored <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/smoked-chickpea-salami\/\">Smoked Chickpea Salami<\/a> cream in a strip. Crumble vegan feta cheese next to the cream, then sprinkle the feta with finely chopped red onion. Place the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes next to the red onion. Place the baby spinach next to the sun-dried tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rolling:<\/strong><br \/>\nRoll up the filled tortillas tightly, starting from the edge where you began adding the filling.
