{"id":3347,"date":"2025-05-08T12:32:13","date_gmt":"2025-05-08T10:32:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/?post_type=product&#038;p=3347"},"modified":"2026-03-25T08:46:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T07:46:48","slug":"turos-csusza","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/termek\/turos-csusza\/","title":{"rendered":"Tofu noodles"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For the pasta and tofu \u201ccottage cheese\u201d layer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g durum lasagna noodles (crushed)<\/li>\n<li>300 g tofu (crumbled)<\/li>\n<li>5\u20136 tbsp plant-based sour cream<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp brewer\u2019s yeast flakes<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp black salt<\/li>\n<li>Juice of \u00bd lemon<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crispy \u201ccracklings\u201d:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/termek\/csicseri-bori-paprikas-csemege-250-g\/\">Smoked Seitan<\/a> with paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp paprika<br \/>\n2 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp sugar<br \/>\n2 tbsp water<br \/>\n2 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p><em><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking the pasta:<\/strong><br \/>\nBreak the lasagna noodles into smaller pieces, then cook in lightly salted water until al dente.<br \/>\nDrain and set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Making the tofu \u201ccottage cheese\u201d:<\/strong><br \/>\nCrumble the tofu into a bowl.<br \/>\nAdd the plant-based sour cream, brewer\u2019s yeast flakes, black salt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.<br \/>\nMix thoroughly until it has a creamy, cottage cheese-like consistency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparing the grain &#8216;cracklings&#8217;:<\/strong><br \/>\nFinely chop the <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/termek\/csicseri-bori-paprikas-csemege-250-g\/\">Smoked Seitan<\/a>.<br \/>\nHeat the olive oil in a skillet, then fry the grain-based &#8216;cracklings&#8217; until crispy.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, mix the marinade ingredients: garlic powder, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sugar, water, and a pinch of salt.<br \/>\nWhen the cereal is golden brown, pour the marinade over it, toss to coat, and set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assembly and baking:<\/strong><br \/>\nMix the dough with the tofu cream and half of the grain &#8216;cracklings&#8217;.<br \/>\nSpread it into a greased baking dish, then bake in an oven preheated to 200\u00b0C for 15\u201320 minutes.<br \/>\nIn the last few minutes of baking, spread the plant-based sour cream on top and sprinkle with the remaining crumble pieces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serving:<\/strong><br \/>\nServe fresh and warm, optionally topped with extra sour cream and fresh parsley.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enjoy!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An exciting pasta dish for the family.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3348,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":[],"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[32],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-3347","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"product_cat-smoked-seitan-recipes","8":"first","9":"instock","10":"featured","11":"shipping-taxable","12":"product-type-simple"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
