{"id":3912,"date":"2026-04-08T12:05:15","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T10:05:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/?post_type=product&#038;p=3912"},"modified":"2026-04-08T13:35:39","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T11:35:39","slug":"mexican-vegan-boil","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/termek\/mexican-vegan-boil\/","title":{"rendered":"Mexican vegan boil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients (serves 2-3)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 package of <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/chickpea-griller\/\">Chickpea Griller<\/a><br \/>\n\u2022 1 parsnip<br \/>\n\u2022 2 carrots<br \/>\n\u2022 1 ear of corn<br \/>\n\u2022 1 onion<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tablespoon paprika<br \/>\n\u2022 3 teaspoons Mexican spice mix<br \/>\n\u2022 6-7 tablespoons olive oil (or coconut oil)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Peel the vegetables and cut them into pieces of any size. Cut the corn into rings.<br \/>\n2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil (or coconut oil) with the Mexican spice mix.<br \/>\n3. Place the chopped vegetables and <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/chickpea-griller\/\">Chickpea Griller<\/a> in a roasting bag, then pour the spiced oil over them.<br \/>\n4. Seal the bag and gently toss and shake it to ensure the oil coats all the ingredients evenly.<br \/>\n5. Place in a preheated 200\u00b0C oven and bake for about 40-60 minutes (depending on the thickness of the vegetables).<br \/>\n6. When done, carefully open the bag\u2014watch out for hot steam!<br \/>\n7.
