{"id":3928,"date":"2026-04-09T08:26:51","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T06:26:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/?post_type=product&#038;p=3928"},"modified":"2026-04-09T08:51:59","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T06:51:59","slug":"focaccia-with-vegan-sausage-crumbles","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/termek\/focaccia-with-vegan-sausage-crumbles\/","title":{"rendered":"Focaccia with vegan sausage crumbles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g flour<\/li>\n<li>150 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/smoked-wheat-and-soy-salami\/\">Smoked Wheat &amp; Soy Salami<\/a> (crumbled)<\/li>\n<li>300 ml lukewarm water<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp powdered sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 packet (7 g) dry yeast<\/li>\n<li>10 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, yeast, and powdered sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Crumble in the <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/smoked-wheat-and-soy-salami\/\">Smoked Wheat &amp; Soy Salami<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Add the lukewarm water and half of the olive oil (5 tablespoons). Knead into a soft, elastic dough.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and let rest for 30 minutes, until it rises slightly.<\/li>\n<li>After half an hour, knead briefly, then place in an oiled baking pan.<\/li>\n<li>Flatten the dough to about a finger\u2019s thickness, then brush the top with olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in a preheated 200\u00b0C oven for about 15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
