Heat olive oil in a large skillet, saut\u00e9 the onion until translucent, then add the garlic.<br \/>\n2. Add the carrots and celery, and saut\u00e9 for a few minutes.<br \/>\n3. Add the <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/smoked-seitan\/\">Smoked Seitan<\/a>t and saut\u00e9 until it begins to brown slightly.<br \/>\n4. Stir in the spices and tomato paste, and saut\u00e9 for 1 minute.<br \/>\n6. Add the canned tomatoes (crush them slightly), then pour in water or broth. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer until it becomes a thick rag\u00f9.<br \/>\n7. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions, then toss them in the rag\u00f9. Finally, stir in fresh basil.<br \/>\n8.
