{"id":3969,"date":"2026-04-14T09:35:14","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T07:35:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/?post_type=product&#038;p=3969"},"modified":"2026-04-14T10:50:09","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T08:50:09","slug":"hungarian-bean-soup","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/termek\/hungarian-bean-soup\/","title":{"rendered":"Hungarian bean soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g pinto beans<\/li>\n<li>1 medium onion (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1 large parsnip (sliced)<\/li>\n<li>1 large carrot (sliced)<\/li>\n<li>1 medium tomato (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1 medium bell pepper (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>half a kohlrabi (cut into small slices)<\/li>\n<li>1 small stalk of celery (cut into small slices)<\/li>\n<li>3 bay leaves<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>1\u20132 tsp liquid smoke<\/li>\n<li>150 ml vegan sour cream (for thickening)<\/li>\n<li>150 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/smoked-chickpea-salami\/\">Smoked Chickpea Salami<\/a> (sliced)<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>150 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/smoked-seitan\/\">Smoked Seitan<\/a> (thinly sliced)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Hungarian style pasta:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g whole wheat flour<\/li>\n<li>a pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of turmeric<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of black salt<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>80 ml water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Soak the beans overnight in enough water to cover them generously. The next day, rinse and drain them. Place them in 2 liters of water to boil, along with the diced tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, and bay leaf. Cook over medium heat for 1-1.5 hours until almost completely tender. Then add the remaining vegetables and pour in another 1.5 liters of water.<\/p>\n<p>While the soup is cooking, mix the flour, salt, turmeric, and black salt. Add the oil and water, knead into a smooth dough in a few minutes, cover, and set aside to rest. Then pinch off small pieces by hand and roll them into balls.<\/p>\n<p>Heat the oil, add the <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/smoked-chickpea-salami\/\">Smoked Chickpea Salami<\/a>, and fry thoroughly for a few minutes.<br \/>\nOnce the sausage is browned, set it aside and fry the <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/smoked-seitan\/\">Smoked Seitan<\/a> slices as well. Set those aside too, and prepare the roux in the same pan.<\/p>\n<p>Once the vegetables and beans have softened, stir in the roux.
