{"id":3972,"date":"2026-04-14T11:53:24","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T09:53:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/?post_type=product&#038;p=3972"},"modified":"2026-04-14T12:23:36","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T10:23:36","slug":"3972","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/termek\/3972\/","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed mushrooms"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g large button mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>pepper<\/li>\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 onion<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>150 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gabonakolbasz.hu\/en\/smoked-lentil-salami\/\">Smoked Lentil Salami<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tsp paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp thyme<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>70 g tomato puree<\/li>\n<li>water<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp rolled oats<\/li>\n<li>vegan grated cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Preparing the mushrooms:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, and set them aside, chopped.<\/li>\n<li>Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little olive oil, then bake at 180\u00b0C for 10 minutes to soften slightly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ragout:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saut\u00e9 the finely chopped onion in a little oil, then add the crushed garlic.<\/li>\n<li>Crumble in the Lencse Gyurka and saut\u00e9 thoroughly.
