Lentil Bolognese • 350 g

A traditional Italian dish reimagined to our taste, based on an old family recipe, made in a vegan factory using only quality plant-based ingredients, without additives and preservatives. Just warm it up in the microwave or in a pan, and your lunch or dinner is ready. It is best to have it with pasta, but it also works well with any other side dish like bulgur, millets, quinoa, rice and even jacket potatoes. In the recipe, we replaced the meat with brown lentils, which are full of vitamins and minerals. Its high fibre content aids digestion and has a beneficial effect on metabolism, making it a favourite ingredient for many.

 

 

 

Ingredients: water, tomato puree 10%, lentils 9%, carrots, onions, parsley root, celeriac, sunflower oil, garlic, Vega-Natura seasoning mix, salt, spices.

Allergens: celery. May contain traces of soybeans and gluten.

Each jar contains 350 g, which is one portion.

Shelf life is 18 months from production. Store it in a dry and cool place. No refrigeration needed when unopened.

The jar can be reused for storage or home-made pickles.
