How to use:

Great barbecue sausage alternatives if you like to try something different. These sausages are seasoned with herbs like basil, oregano and rosemary which give them a fantastic flavour that will remind you of the Mediterranean. After removing the skin they can be cooked on the barbecue or in a pan with some olive oil. They are a great solution if you don’t have too much time for cooking as it only takes a few minutes to prepare. They are great with any side dish like rice, millets, bulgur, quinoa, potatoes and salads.
