Ingredients: water, vital wheat gluten (31%), durumwheat flour (13%), granulated garlic, Vega-Natura seasoning mix, spice mix, salt, chilli powder, spice.

How to use:

This spicy smoked seitan has a great texture which makes it a fantastic meat replacement product. It can be sliced and used as a sandwich topping instead of ham. It’s easy to grate so it can be used instead of minced meat for cooking. It also replaces meat perfectly in goulash, stews, ragouts and chunky soups. Due to its spicy flavour it is excellent in Mexican tortillas or even Indian recipes.
