Roll out the puff pastry, cut it in half lengthwise, then divide it into six equal pieces. Spread mustard on the pastry, place one slice of “cheese” on each piece, top with the Chickpea Griller sticks, then roll up the pastry. Use a knife to score the tops, brush them with plant-based milk mixed with sugar, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
