Gourmet breakfast

It’s a magnificent sight.

Ingredients:

  • Vegan croissant
  • Vega-Farm Smoked Chickpea Salami
  • Hummus with sun-dried tomatoes
  • Tomato slices
  • Fresh baby spinach leaves
  • Vegan shredded cheese

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut the vegan croissant in half.
  2. Spread the hummus with sun-dried tomatoes on both halves.
  3. Place tomato slices on top.
  4. Add fresh baby spinach.
  5. Top with slices of Smoked Chickpea Salami.
  6. Sprinkle vegan shredded cheese on top.
  7. Finally, place the top half of the croissant on top.

 

It’s very quick and easy to make, but all the more delicious for it!
