Grilled sandwich

This heavenly grilled sandwich is the perfect choice when you have guests! You can serve the sandwiches right away, and Gabona Roli gives them a divine smoky flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of toast bread
  • 1 tbsp margarine (for toasting)
  • 2 slices of vegan cheese
  • 1 package of Vega-Farm Smoked Wheat & Soy Salami (sliced)
  • 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1–2 tbsp horseradish
  • 1–2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise

 

Preparation:

  1. Spread horseradish on one side of 2 slices of bread, then add a thin layer of vegan mayonnaise.
  2. Place the Smoked Wheat & Soy Salami
  3. slices on the spreaded bread, then add a slice of vegan cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with the thinly sliced red onion.
  5. Place the other two slices of bread on top of the sandwiches.
  6. Heat a skillet and melt a little margarine in it.
  7. Place the two prepared sandwiches in the skillet and toast them over medium heat.
  8. Cook both sides until golden brown, gently pressing down on the sandwiches with a spatula to keep them together and ensure the “cheese” melts well.
