Hummus platter

If you love chickpea dishes and are looking for a hearty breakfast, you have to try this mouthwatering dish! (We think it’s perfect for dinner, too.)

Ingredients:

  • plain hummus
  • frozen grilled vegetables (150 g)
  • 2 Mediterranean-seasoned Chickpea Griller
  • fresh parsley
  • balsamic vinegar
  • sesame seeds

 

Preparation:

  1. Spread the hummus on a plate.
  2. Sauté the grilled vegetables in a skillet, season to taste, and pile them on top of the hummus.
  3. Sauté the Chickpea Griller in coconut oil and place them on the plate as well.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
