Strudel Stuffed with Lentil ‘Salami’

If you’re in the mood to make strudel but are tired of the usual sweet flavors, you’ve got to try the lentil and bacon filling! This savory strudel is a truly special treat.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g Smoked Lentil Salami
  • 2 tbsp vegan sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 package vegan puff pastry
  • chili-infused olive oil

 

Preparation:

Roll out the puff pastry and brush it with oil. Mix the Smoked Lentil Salami with the mustard and vegan sour cream. Spread the filling over the rolled-out dough and gently spread it out. Once done, roll the dough up tightly and brush with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
