Nachos plate

If you like spicy flavors, you’re sure to love this recipe. The chili-flavored Smoked Seitan with its intense, smoky flavor, goes perfectly with this dish.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g Smoked Seitan, ground
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 g vegan sour cream
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 can cooked beans
  • 1 can Mexican mix
  • 1 lime
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g cooked rice

 

Preparation:

Heat the oil in a skillet and begin sautéing the Smoked Seitan. Add the spices and water. Let’s wait for a bit until it becomes saucy.
Divide the rice among 2-3 plates, then top with the Smoked Seitan ragout, avocado, beans, Mexican mix, red onion, tortilla chips, and cherry tomatoes. Serve with vegan sour cream and lime.
