Vegan ‘Olivje salad’
The perfect salad for hot summer days.
Ingredients:
300 g Vega Farm
Smoked Seitan
3 gherkins
100 g plain tofu
1 tsp black salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 scallions
1 medium apple
150 g vegan sour cream
3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp powdered sugar
Preparation:
Cut the ingredients into small cubes.
Mix the vegan sour cream with the vegan mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, then season with a little apple cider vinegar and powdered sugar. Mix everything together in a bowl, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
Serve cold.
