A real hearty, traditional Hungarian dish, that is well-known worlwide, with a plant-based twist, made in a vegan factory using only quality plant-based ingredients, without any additives or preservatives. Just warm it up in the microwave or in a pan, and your lunch or dinner is ready. All you need is a slice of bread, so it can be a real lifesaver on busy days. In the recipe, we replaced the meat with home-made seitan, which has a high protein content (28 g/100 g of product) and an excellent texture. It is traditionally smoked with beech wood so it gives the goulash a very special flavour.
Ingredients: water, potatoes, carrots, beans 7%, vegan smoked seitan 7% (water, vital wheat gluten 31%, durumwheat flour 13%, granulated garlic, Vega-Natura seasoning mix, spice mix, salt, spice), parsley roots, onions, celeriac, sunflower oil, red pepper, paprika powder, garlic, Vega-Natura seasoning, spice mix, salt, spices.
Allergens: gluten, celery. May contain traces of soybeans.

Each jar contains 350 g, which is one portion.
Shelf life is 18 months from production. Store it in a dry and cool place. No refrigeration needed when unopened.
The jar can be reused for storage or home-made pickles.
