A hearty traditional Hungarian dish, made in a vegan factory using only quality plant-based ingredients, without any additives or preservatives. In the recipe, we replaced the smoked meat with home-made smoked seitan, which has a high protein content (28 g/100 g of product) and an excellent texture. We smoke the seitan with beech wood in a traditional way so it gives this dish a fantastic flavour. Just warm it up in the microwave or in a pan, and your lunch or dinner is ready. All you need is a slice of bread, so it can be a real lifesaver on busy days.
Ingredients: water, beans 13%, onions, vegan smoked seitan 8% (water, vital wheat gluten 31%, durumwheat flour 12%, granulated garlic, Vega-Natura seasoning, salt, spices), barley, red pepper, garlic, Vega-Natura seasoning, salt, sunflower oil, paprika powder, spices.
Allergens: gluten. May contain traces of soybeans and celery.

Each jar contains 350 g, which is one portion.
Shelf life is 18 months from production. Store it in a dry and cool place. No refrigeration needed when unopened.
The jar can be reused for storage or home-made pickles.
