Vegan Green Pea Stew • with seitan • 350 g

A hearty dish with a plant-based twist, made in a vegan factory using only quality plant-based ingredients, without any additives or preservatives. In the recipe, we replaced the meat with home-made seitan, which has a high protein content (28 g/100 g of product) and an excellent texture. The seitan is complimented by the green peas and the mushrooms well and taste great due to the Hungarian paprika. Just warm it up in the microwave or in a pan, and your lunch or dinner is ready. All you need is a slice of bread (soured cream is optional), so it can be a real lifesaver on busy days. If you serve it with pasta, rice, quinoa, bulgur or any other side dish you get a large portion that could be enough for even 2 persons.

Ingredients: water, green peas 23%, seitan 14% (water, vital wheat gluten 31%, durumwheat flour 12%, granulated garlic, Vega-Natura seasoning, salt, spices), mushrooms, onions, vegetable mix (peppers, tomatoes, onions in varying proportions), garlic, sunflower oil, salt paprika powder, spices.

Allergens: gluten. May contain traces of soybeans and celery.

Each jar contains 350 g, which is one portion.

Shelf life is 18 months from production. Store it in a dry and cool place. No refrigeration needed when unopened.

The jar can be reused for storage or home-made pickles.
