A well-known vegetable dish called “lecsó” with a Mediterranean twist, made in a vegan factory using only quality plant-based ingredients, without any additives or preservatives. We added some chickpeas and brown rice to this traditional Hungarian recipe – which usually only contains tomatoes, peppers and onions – that makes this dish a wholesome lunch or dinner. You can eat it as it is, or with a slice of bread. Just warm it up in the microwave or in a pan, and your lunch or dinner is ready. It’s the perfect solution on busy days.
Ingredients: water, vegetable mix 35% (peppers, tomatoes, onions in varying proportions), chickpeas 8%, smoked chickpea salami 6% (chickpeas 34%, brown rice, gluten-free oatmeal, sunflower oil, garlic, paprika powder, salt, ground cumin seeds), brown rice 5%, onions, Vega-Natura seasoning mix, salt, sunflower oil, tomato puree.
Allergens: May contain traces of gluten, soybeans and celery.

Each jar contains 350 g, which is one portion.
Shelf life is 18 months from production. Store it in a dry and cool place. No refrigeration needed when unopened.
The jar can be reused for storage or home-made pickles.
